Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized check-in/check-out experiences with efficiency and warmth
- Manage guest inquiries via phone, email, and in-person with exceptional problem-solving
- Process payments, handle cash/credit transactions accurately
- Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and dining teams for seamless service
- Utilize Opera property management system for reservation management
- Upsell premium rooms, amenities, and local experiences
- Maintain meticulous records of guest feedback and service requests
Qualifications
- 1+ years hotel front desk or customer service experience
- Proficiency with property management systems (Opera, Fidelio)
- Exceptional communication and conflict resolution skills
- Flexible availability including weekends and holidays
- Valid California driver's license with clean record
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift 25 lbs
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) highly preferred
- Current CPR/First Aid certification or willingness to obtain
