Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional check-in/check-out experiences with attention to detail
- Manage reservation inquiries and room assignments efficiently
- Resolve guest concerns promptly with a solutions-oriented approach
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams for seamless operations
- Process payments and maintain accurate financial records
- Act as hotel ambassador with local area knowledge
Qualifications
- Previous hotel or customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Proficient in property management systems (e.g., Opera)
- Fluent in English; Spanish proficiency highly valued
- Valid Florida driver's license (for shuttle service)
