Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and assist with check-in and check-out procedures efficiently.
- Answer incoming phone calls and emails in a professional and courteous manner.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming lobby area at all times.
- Process payments and handle cash transactions with accuracy.
- Address guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and escalate issues when necessary.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure room readiness.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, or retail is preferred but not required.
- Strong communication skills and a friendly, approachable demeanor.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
- Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with property management systems.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
