Responsibilities
- Perform deep cleaning of guest rooms, suites, and common areas to brand standards
- Change linens, restock amenities, and ensure all supplies are fully stocked
- Report maintenance issues and guest concerns promptly to management
- Follow safety protocols for chemical handling and equipment operation
- Coordinate with front desk for room status updates and guest requests
- Maintain organized supply closets and inventory management systems
- Adhere to company sustainability practices and eco-friendly cleaning methods
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year professional housekeeping or hospitality experience
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs
- Valid work authorization and reliable transportation
- Attention to detail with high standards of cleanliness
- Weekend availability (Saturday/Sunday) with occasional holiday flexibility
- Basic knowledge of cleaning chemicals and equipment safety
