Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional guest service across front desk, concierge, and valet operations
- Process check-ins/check-outs using PMS software while maintaining accuracy
- Resolve guest inquiries and complaints promptly with professionalism
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams for seamless operations
- Upsell hotel amenities and services to enhance guest experiences
- Maintain meticulous cleanliness and organization of public areas
- Adhere to safety protocols and emergency procedures
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year hospitality or customer service experience
- Strong communication and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts including nights/weekends/holidays
- Basic proficiency with reservation systems (Opera, Fidelio, etc.)
- Valid California driver's license for valet position
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift 25 lbs
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Bilingual English/Spanish preferred
