Responsibilities
- Efficiently manage guest check-in/check-out procedures using PMS systems
- Resolve guest inquiries and concerns with prompt, personalized solutions
- Coordinate housekeeping and maintenance requests to ensure optimal room readiness
- Process payments and financial transactions accurately
- Uphold brand standards across all guest touchpoints
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams during peak periods
- Conduct property tours and promote hotel amenities/services
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality certification preferred
- 6+ months customer service experience in fast-paced environments
- Proficiency with reservation systems and basic office software
- Exceptional communication and conflict resolution skills
- Flexible availability including weekends, evenings, and holidays
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift 25lbs
- Valid California driver's license (if required for property errands)
