Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding guest service through personalized interactions and proactive problem-solving
- Manage front desk operations including check-ins, check-outs, and room assignments
- Handle guest inquiries via phone, email, and in-person with professionalism and efficiency
- Process payments and maintain accurate financial records
- Collaborate with housekeeping, maintenance, and management teams
- Uphold brand standards through cleanliness and safety protocols
- Assist with event coordination and special guest requests
Qualifications
- Previous hospitality or customer service experience preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Basic computer proficiency and point-of-sale system knowledge
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
