Responsibilities
- Greet and assist guests with check-in/check-out processes
- Respond to guest inquiries and resolve service requests
- Maintain clean and organized lobby/public areas
- Operate hotel systems (PMS, POS) with training
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams
- Handle cash transactions accurately

Qualifications
