Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional guest service at the front desk and common areas
- Assist with check-in/check-out procedures and reservations
- Respond to guest inquiries with professionalism and local knowledge
- Maintain cleanliness and order in lobby, corridors, and facilities
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams
- Operate hotel systems (PMS, POS) with training provided
- Uphold brand standards and safety protocols
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic computer literacy with willingness to learn systems
- Positive attitude and strong customer service mindset
- Ability to work weekends and holidays as needed
- Reliable transportation to the hotel location
