Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional guest service at the front desk, check-in/check-out processes
- Assist with housekeeping operations including room preparation and public area maintenance
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve concerns promptly
- Operate hotel systems (PMS, POS) with on-the-job training
- Collaborate with cross-department teams for seamless guest experiences
- Maintain cleanliness and safety standards throughout guest areas
- Support event setup and banquet services as needed
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- No prior hotel experience required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work weekends, evenings, and holidays
- Basic computer literacy and willingness to learn new systems
- Physical ability to stand/walk for extended periods
- Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
- Must pass background check and drug screening
