Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional guest service at the front desk, lobby, and common areas
- Process check-ins/check-outs using hotel management software
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve service issues promptly
- Perform light housekeeping duties including room inspections
- Assist with event setup and meeting room preparation
- Maintain cleanliness of public spaces and amenities
- Collaborate with housekeeping, maintenance, and management teams
Qualifications
- No prior experience required – we provide comprehensive training
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
