Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding guest service at front desk, concierge, or housekeeping stations
- Manage check-in/check-out processes and handle guest inquiries
- Assist with room preparation and ensure cleanliness standards
- Operate hotel systems including reservation software and POS terminals
- Collaborate with team members to resolve guest issues promptly
- Maintain a safe, clean, and welcoming hotel environment
- Support special events and VIP guest services as needed
Qualifications
- No prior experience required – we provide comprehensive training
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays
- Basic computer literacy and willingness to learn new systems

- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
