Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional front desk service including check-ins, check-outs, and guest assistance
- Manage room status updates and coordinate with housekeeping team
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly
- Process payments and maintain accurate financial records
- Operate hotel management systems and POS terminals
- Ensure lobby and common areas are maintained to brand standards
- Collaborate with security team for overnight shifts
Qualifications
- Previous hotel or customer service experience preferred
- Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Basic computer proficiency with MS Office applications
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Valid Ohio driver's license may be required for errands
