Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional guest service with personalized recommendations for dining, entertainment, and local attractions
- Manage reservations, transportation logistics, and special requests with precision
- Maintain comprehensive knowledge of Fort Worth events, venues, and cultural landmarks
- Collaborate with front desk, housekeeping, and F&B teams to ensure seamless guest experiences
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues using empathetic communication skills
- Utilize hotel management systems (Opera) to update guest preferences and notes
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year hospitality or customer service experience in luxury hotel environment
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with multilingual abilities preferred
- Proficiency in Opera PMS or similar hotel management software
- Ability to work flexible evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Valid Texas driver's license and clean driving record required
- Knowledge of Fort Worth tourism landscape and local attractions
