- Efficiently manage guest check-in/check-out processes using hotel software systems
- Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests with professionalism
- Process payments and maintain accurate financial transaction records
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams for room readiness
- Upsell hotel amenities and services to enhance guest experience
- Perform daily audits and report discrepancies to management
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year hotel front desk or customer service experience
- Proficiency in hotel property management systems (e.g., Opera, Fidelio)
- Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays
- Basic knowledge of Chicago attractions and transportation
- High school diploma or equivalent required
