Responsibilities
- Provide personalized recommendations for dining, entertainment, and attractions across Kansas City
- Coordinate transportation services and arrange exclusive guest experiences
- Manage guest inquiries via phone, email, and in-person with grace and efficiency
- Collaborate with front desk and valet teams to ensure seamless guest journeys
- Maintain deep knowledge of local events, seasonal activities, and cultural landmarks
- Handle special requests including reservations, VIP arrangements, and troubleshooting
- Utilize hotel management systems to document guest preferences and interactions
Qualifications
- 1+ years in luxury hospitality, concierge, or guest-facing role
- Exceptional communication skills with warm, professional demeanor
- Extensive knowledge of Kansas City attractions and hidden gems
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in high-pressure situations
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record for occasional errands
- Proficient in hotel PMS systems and reservation platforms
- Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Fluent in English; Spanish proficiency preferred
