- Deliver personalized concierge services including restaurant reservations, theater bookings, and transportation arrangements
- Provide expert local knowledge of NYC attractions, events, and hidden gems
- Handle guest inquiries with professionalism and discretion
- Collaborate with front desk and valet teams for seamless guest experiences
- Manage VIP guest requests and special arrangements
- Maintain accurate records of guest preferences and service history
- Participate in ongoing training to enhance hospitality skills
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year luxury hospitality or concierge experience
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Deep knowledge of New York City attractions and services
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in hotel management systems (Opera, Fidelio)
- Fluency in English; additional languages highly valued
- Flexible availability including weekends and evenings
- Valid New York State driver's license preferred
