Key Responsibilities
- Guest Relations: Greet and welcome guests warmly upon arrival, providing a superior level of customer service.
- Check-In/Out: Efficiently process guest registrations and check-outs using our property management system.
- Concierge Services: Provide accurate information regarding local attractions, dining, and transportation options.
- Problem Resolution: Address guest inquiries and resolve any issues promptly to ensure a seamless stay.
- Lobby Maintenance: Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the front desk and lobby areas.
- Communication: Relay messages and coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous hospitality or customer service experience is preferred but not required.
- Attitude: A friendly, professional, and energetic demeanor with a genuine desire to help others.
- Communication: Excellent verbal communication skills and the ability to interact with diverse guests.
- Availability: Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends, evenings, and holidays.
- Technical: Basic computer literacy and comfort with operating front desk software.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to stand for extended periods and lift light objects (up to 20 lbs).
