Responsibilities
- Thoroughly clean and sanitize guest rooms, including changing linens, restocking amenities, and deep-cleaning bathrooms
- Service public areas including lobbies, hallways, and meeting spaces to impeccable standards
- Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and report maintenance issues promptly
- Adhere strictly to safety protocols and sanitation guidelines set by CDC and hotel policies
- Collaborate with front desk and housekeeping teams to ensure seamless room turnover
- Maintain organized supply closets and efficient cleaning equipment maintenance
Qualifications
- Previous housekeeping or commercial cleaning experience preferred but not required
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness standards
- Flexible availability including mornings and weekends as needed
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation (some locations may require)
- Must pass background check and drug screening
- Basic English communication skills
