Responsibilities
- Maintain pristine cleanliness of guest rooms, suites, and common areas using industry-standard protocols
- Perform deep cleaning tasks including carpet care, upholstery sanitization, and bathroom disinfection
- Manage inventory of linens, amenities, and cleaning supplies while maintaining par levels
- Execute turn-around procedures between guest stays with speed and precision
- Report maintenance issues and safety hazards promptly to management team
- Adhere to all brand standards and sustainability initiatives
- Collaborate with housekeeping team to coordinate daily workflow priorities
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Must be authorized to work in the United States
- Ability to stand/walk for 6+ hours and lift up to 25 lbs
- Strong attention to detail with exceptional organizational skills
- Flexible availability including weekends, holidays, and early mornings
- Basic English proficiency required for guest interactions
- Reliable transportation to downtown Denver location
- Previous cleaning/housekeeping experience preferred
