- Greet and Welcome: Provide a warm and professional welcome to all guests upon arrival and departure.
- Guest Assistance: Respond to guest inquiries, requests, and complaints in a timely and helpful manner.
- Front Desk Operations: Handle check-ins and check-outs efficiently using our property management system.
- Housekeeping Coordination: Assist in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of public areas and guest rooms.
- Phone and Email Support: Manage incoming calls and emails, directing them to the appropriate department or staff member.
- Event Support: Set up and organize meeting spaces for hotel events and conferences as needed.
- Security Awareness: Monitor property premises to ensure the safety and security of guests and staff.
