Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional front desk service including check-in/check-out, room assignments, and guest assistance
- Manage reservation systems and coordinate with housekeeping for room readiness
- Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests with professionalism
- Process payments and maintain accurate financial transaction records
- Collaborate with security team for overnight shift safety protocols
- Perform nightly audits and prepare shift handover reports
Qualifications
- Previous hotel or hospitality experience preferred
- Availability for evening/overnight shifts (including weekends)
- Strong communication and conflict resolution skills
- Proficiency in property management systems (e.g., Opera)
- Ability to multitask in fast-paced environments
- Basic cash handling and accounting knowledge
- Valid Arizona driver's license (for airport shuttle duties)
