Responsibilities
- Manage front desk operations during assigned shifts including check-in/check-out processes
- Oversee housekeeping and maintenance staff to ensure guest room standards
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve complaints with professionalism
- Monitor security protocols and emergency procedures
- Train and mentor part-time staff on service standards
- Process payments and manage cash handling procedures
- Coordinate with other departments for seamless operations
Qualifications
- Previous hotel or hospitality experience required
- Strong leadership and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Proficiency in hotel management software (Opera, etc.)
