Responsibilities
- Handle guest check-ins/checkouts efficiently using hotel management systems
- Monitor security systems and respond to guest inquiries during assigned shifts
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams for room readiness
- Process payments and manage cash drawer with 100% accuracy
- Assist with luggage handling and valet services as needed
- Document shift incidents and guest feedback in daily logs
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of front desk areas
Qualifications
- Must be available for evening/weekend shifts (3:00 PM - 11:00 PM)
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Basic computer proficiency and customer service experience preferred
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods during shifts
- Strong communication skills and problem-solving abilities
- Valid Pennsylvania driver's license (for valet duties)
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
