Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional front desk services including check-in/check-out, reservation management, and guest concierge assistance
- Deliver premium housekeeping services ensuring immaculate guest rooms and common areas
- Support food and beverage operations in our signature restaurant and lounge
- Collaborate with cross-departmental teams to resolve guest inquiries promptly
- Maintain strict adherence to safety protocols and brand standards
- Assist with special event coordination and VIP guest arrangements
- Process payments and manage billing transactions accurately
Qualifications
- Previous hospitality or customer service experience preferred
- Ability to work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic computer proficiency with reservation systems
- Physical stamina to stand/walk for extended periods
- Valid North Carolina Food Handler's Certificate (or willingness to obtain)
- Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
