Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional front desk services including check-ins/outs and guest inquiries
- Deliver premium room attendant services ensuring immaculate guest rooms
- Manage concierge duties for dining reservations and local recommendations
- Assist with event setup and banquet operations as needed
- Maintain strict adherence to safety and sanitation protocols
- Collaborate with cross-departmental teams for seamless operations
Qualifications
- Previous hotel or hospitality experience preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible schedules including weekends/holidays
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Basic knowledge of reservation systems (e.g., Opera)
- Valid New York State Food Handler's Certificate (if applicable)
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
