Responsibilities
- Handle guest check-ins/check-outs with efficiency and warmth
- Monitor security systems and respond to emergency protocols
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams
- Manage key card systems and guest requests
- Conduct routine facility inspections during shifts
- Document incidents and daily operations logs
- Assist with luggage and valet services as needed
Qualifications
- Ability to work flexible shifts (nights, weekends, holidays)
- Valid California driver's license (for valet duties)
- Basic computer literacy (reservation systems)
- Strong communication and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours
- Background check and drug screen required
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous hospitality experience preferred
