Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional guest service during check-in, check-out, and throughout the guest stay
- Manage room assignments, key distribution, and reservation systems accurately
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure flawless room readiness
- Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests with professionalism
- Assist with concierge services, including local recommendations and transportation arrangements
- Maintain detailed logs of guest interactions and incident reports
- Uphold strict cleanliness and safety standards in all public areas
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
