Responsibilities
- Manage front desk operations during overnight hours including check-ins/check-outs and guest inquiries
- Monitor security systems and respond to emergency situations promptly
- Coordinate housekeeping and maintenance services for overnight guest requests
- Handle cash transactions and reconcile daily reports accurately
- Perform nightly audits of guest rooms and public areas
- Act as primary point of contact for VIP and corporate guests
- Collaborate with day shift staff for seamless transition of operations
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year hotel or hospitality experience required
- Excellent communication and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Valid Illinois driver's license and reliable transportation
- Basic computer proficiency and POS system knowledge
- Flexible availability including weekends and holidays
- First Aid/CPR certification preferred
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods
