Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional guest service at the front desk, including check-in/out, reservation management, and concierge support
- Assist with daily housekeeping operations including room cleaning, restocking supplies, and maintaining public areas
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly with a solutions-oriented approach
- Collaborate with cross-departmental teams (Food & Beverage, Maintenance, Events) to ensure seamless operations
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company standards for cleanliness and service excellence
- Process payments accurately and maintain financial transaction records
- Support event setup and tear-down for conferences and special functions
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality certification preferred
- Minimum 6 months customer service or hotel experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with reservation systems
- Physical stamina to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Valid Texas driver's license (if valet duties required)
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) skills highly desirable
