Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional guest service through personalized check-in/check-out experiences
- Manage room inventory and coordinate housekeeping services
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and issue resolution with professionalism
- Maintain pristine lobby, public areas, and front desk operations
- Operate hotel management systems (PMS) and POS equipment
- Collaborate with cross-departmental teams for seamless guest experiences
- Execute safety protocols and emergency procedures
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (hospitality certification preferred)
- 6+ months customer service or hospitality experience
- Strong communication and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts including nights/weekends/holidays
- Basic computer proficiency with attention to detail
- Valid Texas driver's license (if driving required for errands)
- Physical stamina for standing/walking 8-hour shifts
