Responsibilities
- Perform end-of-day reconciliation of daily transactions and prepare financial reports
- Manage guest check-ins/check-outs during overnight hours with efficiency and warmth
- Oversee security protocols and monitor surveillance systems throughout the property
- Address guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly to maintain satisfaction
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams for operational readiness
- Handle cash management and ensure accurate billing records
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year hotel front desk or night audit experience preferred
- Proficiency in Opera/PMS property management systems
- Strong mathematical aptitude and attention to detail
- Exceptional communication and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work independently during overnight shifts (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Valid North Carolina hospitality certification or willingness to obtain
