Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests warmly upon arrival, ensuring a positive first impression.
- Assist guests with check-in, check-out, and answering general inquiries with a smile.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the lobby, reception area, and public spaces.
- Operate hotel management software and telephone systems to facilitate guest requests.
- Support housekeeping staff with room preparation as needed to ensure high standards.
- Handle cash, credit, and digital transactions accurately.
- Resolve minor guest issues and escalate complex concerns to the supervisor.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Willingness to learn and undergo professional hospitality training.
- Excellent interpersonal and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
