Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests with a warm smile, managing the front desk check-in and check-out processes efficiently.
- Answer incoming calls professionally and redirect them to the appropriate department or take detailed messages.
- Assist in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the lobby, hallways, and common areas to ensure a pristine environment.
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints with patience, empathy, and a solution-oriented attitude.
- Support the housekeeping and maintenance teams as needed to ensure the property is in pristine condition.
- Process payments and manage cash registers or digital payment terminals accurately and securely.
Qualifications
- A friendly, outgoing personality with a genuine desire to help others and provide excellent service.
- Ability to stand, walk, and move around the hotel property for extended periods.
- Basic computer literacy and comfort with mobile devices and reservation software.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work well in a diverse team environment.
- High school diploma or GED is preferred but not mandatory for enthusiastic candidates.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends, holidays, and evening shifts.
