Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional guest check-in/check-out experiences with efficiency and warmth
- Maintain pristine room cleanliness and public area standards
- Assist with guest inquiries, local recommendations, and special requests
- Coordinate with maintenance and security teams for seamless operations
- Process payments and manage billing inquiries accurately
- Participate in daily briefings and uphold brand standards
- Support event setup and VIP guest services as needed
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 6+ months hospitality or customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts including nights/weekends
- Basic computer proficiency with reservation systems
- Valid California driver's license (for valet positions)
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods
- Fluent in English; Spanish a plus
