Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service to guests during check-in, check-out, and throughout their stay
- Perform housekeeping duties including room cleaning, sanitization, and restocking amenities
- Assist with food & beverage service in our hotel restaurant and bar areas
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly with a positive attitude
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of public spaces and back-of-house areas
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth daily operations
