Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding guest service at check-in/out, including personalized recommendations and issue resolution
- Maintain pristine hotel standards through meticulous room inspection and public area upkeep
- Coordinate seamlessly with housekeeping, maintenance, and F&B departments
- Handle guest inquiries with professionalism and local knowledge
- Execute efficient check-in/out procedures using PMS systems
- Uphold safety protocols and emergency procedures
- Assist with luggage handling and valet services
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months hospitality or customer service experience
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts including nights/weekends
- Basic computer proficiency with reservation systems
- Valid Washington State Food Handler's Card preferred
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods
- Attention to detail and problem-solving aptitude
