Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests upon arrival with a warm, professional demeanor, ensuring a smooth check-in and check-out process.
- Manage front desk operations, including answering phones, responding to emails, and processing payments accurately.
- Assist guests with inquiries regarding local attractions, dining options, and hotel amenities to enhance their stay.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the lobby, public areas, and hotel common spaces.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to address guest requests and ensure room readiness.
- Handle guest complaints or special requests promptly and efficiently to ensure high satisfaction scores.
- Perform light administrative duties, such as filing, data entry, and inventory management.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is required.
- Previous experience in hospitality, customer service, or hotel operations is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to interact positively with a diverse clientele.
- Basic computer proficiency and comfort with property management systems (PMS).
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, holidays, and evenings.
- Must be detail-oriented, professional, and able to stand for extended periods.
