Responsibilities
- Check in/out guests efficiently with warm hospitality and accuracy
- Manage room reservations, billing inquiries, and guest requests
- Operate PMS systems and maintain detailed guest records
- Resolve guest concerns promptly and escalate complex issues
- Collaborate with housekeeping, security, and maintenance teams
- Process payments and reconcile daily transactions
- Uphold brand standards through consistent service delivery
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality certification preferred
- 1+ years customer service experience, hotel background ideal
- Strong communication and conflict resolution skills
- Proficiency with reservation systems (e.g., Opera, Fidelio)
- Ability to multitask during peak hours and shift changes
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Basic math and cash handling abilities
- Valid Ohio driver's license if required for errands
