Responsibilities
- Check in/out guests efficiently while maintaining accuracy with reservation systems
- Resolve guest inquiries and concerns with professionalism and empathy
- Process payments, manage room assignments, and coordinate with housekeeping
- Execute upselling strategies for premium rooms and amenities
- Maintain detailed logs of guest requests and special arrangements
- Collaborate with concierge and security teams for seamless operations
- Ensure lobby area remains immaculate and welcoming
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year hotel front desk or high-end customer service experience
- Proficiency with Opera or similar property management systems
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to multitask in high-pressure situations
- Valid California driver's license preferred
- Flexible availability for weekend shifts (Fri-Sun)
