Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding guest service through check-in, check-out, and concierge duties
- Maintain pristine cleanliness of guest rooms, lobbies, and common areas
- Process reservations, manage room assignments, and handle billing inquiries
- Assist with event setup, catering coordination, and banquet services
- Respond promptly to guest requests and resolve issues with empathy
- Collaborate with housekeeping, maintenance, and management teams
- Adhere to safety protocols and brand standards at all times
Qualifications
- Previous hotel or customer service experience preferred but not required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Basic knowledge of reservation systems (e.g., Opera, Propertyware)
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid Texas driver's license if driving shuttle services
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Positive attitude and commitment to teamwork
