Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional guest service through check-in/check-out procedures, concierge assistance, and personalized recommendations
- Maintain pristine room standards through detailed cleaning, restocking amenities, and quality inspections
- Operate hotel management systems for reservations, billing, and guest communications
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless operations during peak hours and events
- Uphold brand standards through consistent service delivery and adherence to safety protocols
- Resolve guest inquiries and concerns promptly with solution-oriented approaches
- Support inventory management for guest supplies and operational materials
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; college students welcome to apply
- Flexible availability for evening, weekend, and holiday shifts (3-4 days/week)
- Basic computer literacy with ability to learn hotel management software
- Strong communication skills with fluency in English (bilingual Spanish a plus)
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs
- Valid California driver's license if driving shuttle service required
- Passionate about hospitality with a service-first mindset
