Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional guest service during check-in/out, ensuring seamless transactions and personalized assistance
- Maintain pristine lobby areas, public spaces, and guest rooms according to brand standards
- Handle guest inquiries with professionalism, resolving issues promptly and escalating when necessary
- Collaborate with housekeeping, maintenance, and security teams to maintain operational excellence
- Process payments accurately using our POS system while maintaining cash handling protocols
- Monitor safety protocols and report maintenance concerns immediately
- Support event setup and breakdown for conferences and weddings as scheduled
Qualifications
- Previous hospitality or customer service experience preferred but not required
- Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays (essential for shift work)
- Strong communication skills with ability to multitask in fast-paced environments
- Basic computer literacy and willingness to learn hotel management systems
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Must pass background check and drug screening
- Valid Indiana driver's license if driving company vehicles
