Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding guest service across front desk, housekeeping, and food & beverage departments
- Handle check-in/check-out procedures with accuracy and professionalism
- Maintain pristine guest rooms and public areas exceeding brand standards
- Process payments and manage reservations using our property management system
- Resolve guest inquiries promptly with a solutions-oriented approach
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless operations
- Adhere to all safety and hygiene protocols
Qualifications
- Previous hotel or hospitality experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays
- Basic computer literacy with POS experience a plus
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Valid food handler certification if assigned F&B role
- Positive attitude and commitment to teamwork
- Must be 18+ years old
