Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests warmly upon arrival, ensuring a premium first impression for all visitors.
- Manage the check-in and check-out process efficiently, including handling payments, key cards, and room assignments.
- Answer and direct incoming calls and emails with professionalism and poise.
- Assist guests with concierge requests, local recommendations, and special accommodations.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the front desk area and lobby to meet high aesthetic standards.
- Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and emergencies calmly and effectively to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure room readiness and guest comfort.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in hospitality, customer service, or a front desk role is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on guest relations.
- Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and rotating shifts as required.
- Proficiency in standard computer applications and Property Management Systems (PMS).
- High school diploma or equivalent; previous hotel experience is a plus.
- A professional appearance and a positive, energetic attitude.
