Responsibilities
- Perform deep cleaning of residential properties including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing bathrooms/kitchens
- Change linens, make beds, and organize living spaces to exacting standards
- Use eco-friendly cleaning products and specialized equipment for delicate surfaces
- Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and restock as needed
- Maintain strict confidentiality and security protocols at all client properties
- Communicate effectively with clients regarding specific cleaning preferences
- Report maintenance issues or property concerns promptly
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years professional housekeeping experience in luxury residential settings
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Fluency in English (Spanish bilingual preferred)
- Thorough background check and clean driving record
- Professional appearance and exceptional attention to detail
- Availability to work weekday mornings (6AM-2PM) or weekend shifts
- Knowledge of green cleaning techniques and allergy-sensitive protocols
