Responsibilities
- Room Sanitization: Thoroughly clean and sanitize guest rooms, bathrooms, and common areas according to strict health and safety standards.
- Amenity Restocking: Ensure guest rooms are fully equipped by restocking toiletries, linens, and coffee supplies.
- Maintenance Support: Dust furniture, vacuum carpets, and polish surfaces to maintain a pristine appearance.
- Trash Management: Promptly empty trash bins and replace liners in guest rooms and public spaces.
- Quality Assurance: Conduct final inspections of rooms to ensure high-quality standards and report any maintenance issues.
- Guest Interaction: Greet guests courteously and assist with inquiries regarding room facilities.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous housekeeping or hospitality experience is preferred but not required; comprehensive training provided.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 20 lbs for extended periods.
- Attention to Detail: A keen eye for cleanliness, organization, and order is essential.
- Reliability: Punctual, dependable, and able to work independently.
- Communication: Good verbal communication skills and ability to follow instructions clearly.
- Background Check: Must pass a background check and drug screen.
