Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, bathrooms, and common areas to ensure a pristine condition.
- Dust furniture, vacuum carpets, and mop floors meticulously, paying attention to high-traffic zones.
- Restock toiletries, linens, and cleaning supplies in guest suites and public areas.
- Remove trash, recyclables, and waste from designated areas and dispose of them properly.
- Report any maintenance issues, damages, or safety hazards to the management team immediately.
- Ensure all cleaning chemicals are used safely and according to safety guidelines.
- Maintain a high level of confidentiality and respect for our clients' privacy and property.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
- Previous housekeeping or janitorial experience is a plus but not mandatory.
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 25 lbs for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality work.
- Reliable and punctual with a positive, customer-service-oriented attitude.
- Must be able to pass a background check and a pre-employment drug screening.
- Valid Driver’s License is a plus.
