Responsibilities
- Thoroughly clean and sanitize guest rooms, bathrooms, and common areas
- Replace linens and amenities according to brand standards
- Report maintenance issues and safety hazards promptly
- Stock supplies and maintain inventory in housekeeping carts
- Follow eco-friendly cleaning protocols and sustainability practices
- Collaborate with front desk and maintenance teams for seamless operations
- Adhere to all safety and OSHA compliance standards
Qualifications
- Previous housekeeping or hospitality experience preferred
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and early mornings
- Valid work authorization in the United States
- Basic English communication skills
- Must pass background check and drug screening
