Responsibilities
- Perform night shift front desk operations, including check-ins, check-outs, and wake-up calls.
- Complete the nightly audit of financial and operational reports accurately.
- Monitor hotel security systems and premises for safety and compliance.
- Assist guests with inquiries, concierge services, and problem resolution.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the front desk area and lobby.
- Process payments and handle cash handling with strict accuracy.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous experience in hospitality or front desk operations is preferred but not required.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and hotel property management systems.
- Strong English communication skills (verbal and written).
- Ability to work rotating night shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Must possess a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
